Terra Dotta's mission for the AACE ERG is to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting the professional growth, development, and success of African American, West Indian, or African-descent employees. The AACE ERG aims to create a culture that values and celebrates the unique perspectives and contributions of its Black and African American employees, fosters networking and mentorship opportunities, and advocates for policies and practices that advance racial equity and inclusion within the organization and the broader community. AACE will also work to strengthen the bonds between Terra Dotta and its local Black and African American communities that will serve as a resource for diverse talent and drive business partnerships.
