JOB OPENING: Quality Assurance Software Engineer

The Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Software Engineer to work in the development, enhancement and maintenance of Terra Dotta software, a web application. This position will lead automation efforts across a variety of web and mobile applications using automation tools such as Selenium, bromine, jasmine, karma, and protractor. We are looking for an experienced engineer, to own and drive utilization of the latest coding best practices and frameworks in an end user focused application. JOB OPENING: Product Specialist(s)

The Company is seeking Product Specialists who are an advocate for their assigned software product to both internal and external stakeholders and is a conduit for cross departmental efforts to assure the success of the product. The Product Specialist works closely with the development team to coordinate quarterly software releases and is responsible for creating written documentation, demonstration videos, and release notes. The Product Specialist will gather and curate product feedback from clients and Terra Dotta staff and coordinate with the product development team to prioritize development needs. The Product Specialist will train internal audiences and will present client-facing webinars. This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office.

JOB OPENING: Director of Customer Success

The Company is seeking a Director of Customer Success who is responsible for the management of all existing Accounts at Terra Dotta. The Director of Customer Success, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, will be responsible for expanding, leading and developing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who will engage with all of our customers, drive adoption of our platform, secure renewals and collaborate with Sales to identify and close expansion sales. The position demands a proven capacity to set, manage, and surpass customer expectations, while also maintaining strong relationships with internal teams that collaborate with Customer Success. This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office.

JOB OPENING: Sales Development Representative 

The Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative who is responsible for developing and nurturing the market pipeline by actively researching accounts, identifying who the key decision makers are, and creating account-specific content in order to engage prospects and clients via telephone and email. This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office.

JOB OPENING: Solutions Engineer

The Company is seeking a Solutions Engineer with experience working in international higher education to assist sales in identifying prospects and client's business pains and matching a solution with Terra Dotta software. The Solutions Engineer will partner with the sales team to meet or exceed sales team objectives by preparing and presenting compelling presentations/demonstrations, assisting with discovery calls/meetings, completing functional RFP responses, and overall support of the sales team in selling Terra Dotta's products and services through a consultative selling approach. This is a full-time position in the Asia-Pacific region.

JOB OPENING: Associate Support Specialist

The Associate Support Specialist role is a developmental role. The Company is seeking a hard-working individual who wants to learn the ins and outs of customer service in the higher education and technology industry. The successful candidate must be an extremely organized person with the ability to handle multiple priorities. This position reports to the Client Services Manager and supports the Client Services team with an array of different tasks. The Associate Support Specialist works closely with all members of the customer services team, taking on assignments and projects as needed from team members. This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office. 

JOB OPENING: ISSS Client Support Specialist

The Company is seeking a ISSS Client Support Specialist   with SEVIS experience working in an International Student & Scholar Services office to assist with and respond to software questions from clients. We are looking for a self-starter, who can establish a strong, positive rapport with staff at client institutions and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing business. The Client Support Specialist will provide training, answer questions, create documentation, resolve software problems, and work with developers to test and support new versions of Terra Dotta Software (TDS). This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office. 

JOB OPENING: Technical Support Specialist

The Company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our advanced support team. This person should understand customer systems and configurations, analyze problems escalated to advanced support, identify defects and recommend solutions. The candidate must be able to perform hands-on work in database and operating system environments, and to understand programming concepts and languages. Due to the unpredictability of supporting software issues, occasional after hours and weekend work will be required as needed. This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office.
