JOB OPENING: Client Support Manager

The Company is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to take on the role of Client Support Manager. This person will oversee a team of Client Support Specialists working on incoming support requests and issue investigations, will be responsible for meeting case resolution expectations, and will have an active role with training new hires, handling sensitive client relationships, and serving as the liaison between support and development.

The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm out of Terra Dotta’s Hickory or Chapel Hill, NC office.

JOB OPENING: Client Support Specialist - ISSS

The Company is seeking a qualified candidate with SEVIS experience working in an International Student & Scholar Services office to assist with and respond to software questions from clients. We are looking for a self-starter, who can establish a strong, positive rapport with staff at client institutions and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing business. The Client Support Specialist will provide training, answer questions, create documentation, resolve software problems, and work with developers to test and support new versions of TDS.

This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office. If not local to Chapel Hill, remote work will be considered.

The Company is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our growing team who will participate in the attainment of business objectives by supporting new business through specialized support in the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of contracts. JOB OPENING: Finance Intern

The Company is seeking a Finance Intern who will assist with various FP&A (financial planning & analysis) activities. The Finance Intern will work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO to gain valuable experience across the breath of the finance and accounting department. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in learning and gaining professional experience.

This role is a fall internship which is a minimum 20 hour per week role located at our headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC near University Place.

The Company is seeking an Associate Product Owner who is passionate about building innovative products for helping Institutions support their mission for International Students and Scholars. The Company is seeking a qualified candidate with SEVIS experience working in an International Student & Scholar Services office to assist sales in identifying prospects and client’s business pain and matching a solution with Terra Dotta software and services. The Solution Engineer will partner with the sales team to meet or exceed sales team objectives by preparing and presenting compelling presentations/demonstrations, assisting with discovery calls/meetings, completing functional RFP responses and overall support of the sales team in selling Terra Dotta’s products and services through a consultative selling approach.

The Company is seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for identifying follow-on sales opportunities within existing clients, as well as acquiring new customers. The AE will meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling Terra Dotta’s products and services through a consultative selling approach that effectively aligns the Terra Dotta solutions to customer business objectives, while demonstrating a quantifiable value proposition for the customer. The Northeast region includes: NY, NJ, PA, MA, and DC.

JOB OPENING: Partnerships Coordinator

The Company is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to define and manage our Terra Dotta partnership ecosystem (TD Connect, explained below). This will include identifying new partners, cultivating and maintaining relationships while being a liaison with the development organization to expand capabilities of partner integration.

TD Connect is Terra Dotta's platform for allowing service providers who want to leverage our community of users to make their services pluggable in our application. End-users access these third-party service offerings as an integral part of their use of the Terra Dotta app, reducing confusion and duplicate data entry.
