JOB OPENING: Client Support Specialist - ISSS

The Company is seeking an ISSS Client Support Specialist who has SEVIS experience and has worked in an International Student & Scholar Services office. A Client Support Specialist assists with and responds to software questions from clients. This person is a self-starter, who can establish a strong, positive rapport with staff at client institutions and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing business. The Client Support Specialist will provide training, answer questions, create documentation, resolve software problems, and work with developers to test and support new versions of TDS.

This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office. If not local to Chapel Hill, remote work will be considered.

JOB OPENING: Client Support Specialist

The Company is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Support Team as a Client Support Specialist.  This person will have the opportunity to learn Terra Dotta's software products in order to answer questions and respond to issue reports from higher education clientele.

This is a full-time position in Terra Dotta’s Chapel Hill, NC office or Hickory, NC office.
