This course will give an introduction to Analytics functionality through examples of how it can be used in a study abroad office. We will be following Jane Austen, the study abroad coordinator here at TDU, through a typical day, observing how Analytics helps her do her work efficiently, helps her team target their efforts, and provides helpful data to her Director.
