When students are nearing the end of their program, they might lose access to their university email but still need to communicate with your office. The Post-Completion stage allows the student to retain access their student portal. The Integrated User Tool allows the advisor to convert students to non-integrated and send them a password reset to a new email address. We will review those steps in this course and show what the student sees once receiving that email.
