In this course, we will review everything alerts, check-ins, and templates in AlertTraveler. We’ll review what alerts are, how you receive them, and how they are assigned to impacted travelers. You’ll also learn how to send check-ins to your impacted travelers abroad and follow-ups to those check-ins, along with how to maintain and use templates for those check-in requests.
