Terra Dotta University Online is a customer service portal for clients of Terra Dotta software products. It offers the following support resources:
- Online training related to the administration and support of your institution's system through documents and instructional videos
- Technical and user documentation
- Discussion Forums to learn from, or share with, other institutions using our software
- Searchable knowledgebase for general information or answers to frequently asked questions
- Support Case System to submit questions or report issues that require attention from Terra Dotta Support
- Submit feature suggestions for consideration to be included in future versions of StudioAbroad
To ask questions or report problems a support contact (designated in advance by the institution) simply needs to
- 1. Log on to the Terra Dotta University website
- 2. Enter the Support Case System
- 3. Provide a detailed description of the question or problem
- 4. Click Submit
We will begin working on your issue and provide a reply or a resolution. It’s that easy!
Terra Dotta University User Conference
Each year Terra Dotta hosts a user conference in conjunction with the national NAFSA conference. During this conference, users come together to explore new features of Terra Dotta software, network with colleagues, share best practices and discuss the future of StudioAbroad, RiskInfoSys and i3s. Professional Services
Terra Dotta Professional Services are available to assist with installation, system integrations and content development for new and existing installations of Terra Dotta software. Professional Services can be requested by submitting a Terra Dotta University support case. Professional Services may include:
- Installation and configuration of StudioAbroad
- Upgrading to the next version of StudioAbroad
- Assistance integrating StudioAbroad with your network login system, student information system or human resource system
- Importing data from your old system into StudioAbroad
- Populating program information and application materials in StudioAbroad that exist in your old system
- Integrating a graphic design into your StudioAbroad website
- Hosting (Running) StudioAbroad in Terra Dotta’s data center instead of yours
