Terra Dotta offers a range of support packages that include training, phone support, and an online help system. With Terra Dotta University online, our online Client Support Center, you can:

  1. Access technical documentation
  2. Access online training documentation and videos related to the administration and support of your institution's system
  3. Learn from, or share with, other institutions tips on using our software
  4. Submit new feature suggestions for consideration to be included in the next release of the product
  5. Participate in working groups to help define new or enhanced program functionality

Clients can register for our annual user's conference, Terra Dotta University, from the site as well as contact Terra Dotta staff to report any problems using our ticket system.
