Terra Dotta's Professional Services team exists to help clients get the most from their investment in Terra Dotta software.  Offerings range from administrative services like training, consulting, and helping with managing the software, to technical services like credit card integrations, custom reports, and systems consulting.

This group is made up of experienced Terra Dotta support specialists who are trained in best practices.

One of our most popular Professional Services is Terra Dotta Administrator. This is where we provide a support specialist to work with you in administering your software. It is used by clients who want to have a professional available to do the work they don't have the time or the knowhow to do themselves. The Terra Dotta Administrators can help with tasks like creating programs, adding new process elements, creating queries and reports and even training you and your staff.

Another popular service is the migration of clients' Terra Dotta software from being hosted on campus to being hosted at Terra Dotta's hosting facilities. This is a significant project and the Terra Dotta team manages the process for you. It’s also a high-return project because clients find that hosting with Terra Dotta helps to eliminate a lot of headaches since Terra Dotta's system administrators are focused on nothing but keeping the software running properly and always available.

Clients interested in exploring professional services can open a case or write directly to Mark Landon, our professional services manager at markl@terradotta.com.
