MathIWYG v. 2.0

MathIWYG
MathIWYG allows you to enter math directly into your website using a Flash-based WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) editor.

Use MathIWYG now!

With MathIWYG, you can create simple to extremely complex mathematical equations for display on a webpage or other rendering agents. The editor uses MathML, the emerging standard for computer math encoding, and can store its output for rendering in systems that support MathML.

The screenshot of the MathIWYG editor shows a sample equation. There are frequently used buttons available at the bottom of the editor. For more options, you can click on the category names at the top of the editor. There are over 200 symbols and functions available in MathIWYG so you can create any math you want.
MathML
To access the MathML, click on the 'MathML' button at the bottom of the editor. The MathML can be used to render math in compatible browsers or browsers that have a math plugin. There is also a MathIWYG Renderer that allows you to quickly and easily place math in your website without a plugin.

Here is the same equation as rendered by webMathematica:

You can try this out yourself by using the editor and pasting the MathML into the webMathematica demo site by clicking the demo link. Create some MathML now!

MathIWYG is a free service.

(MathIWYG is no longer available for sale, but is a free service available to anyone who wants to generate MathML for use in their own sites)
