Each visa request requires three sheets of paper. Times the three sheets of paper by the 1000 visa application requests you receive in one year. Your office is keeping track of 3000 items for 1000 different students. Additionally, each student contacts your office about the status of the application: did you receive my financial documents? Is my application complete? How much longer until I receive my documentation?
